A mobile notary is a certified notary public who travels to your location to notarize documents. Instead of visiting a traditional notary office, you can schedule an appointment at your home, office, hospital, or any convenient place.

Question 2: What types of documents can you notarize?

I can notarize a variety of documents, including real estate closings, loan documents, power of attorney, wills, affidavits, business contracts, and more. If you're unsure whether your document requires notarization, feel free to ask!

Question 3: What do I need to bring to my appointment?

You'll need a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, passport, or state-issued ID) and the document(s) you need notarized. Make sure all required parties are present and that the document is complete but unsigned before the appointment.

Question 4: How much does a mobile notary service cost?

Pricing varies depending on the type of document, travel distance, and any additional services needed. Contact me for a quote, and I'll provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

Question 5: Where can we meet for the notarization?

I can travel to your home, office, hospital, nursing facility, jail, or any other mutually agreed-upon location to complete your notarization. My goal is to provide convenience and flexibility.

Question 6: Do you offer same-day or emergency services?

Yes! I offer same-day and emergency notary services whenever possible. Please call or text ahead to check my availability, and I will do my best to accommodate your urgent needs.

Question 7: Can you notarize a document for someone who does not speak English?

The signer must be able to communicate and understand the document they are signing. If they do not speak English, a qualified interpreter may be required.

Question 8: How long does the notarization process take?

Most appointments take 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the complexity of the document and the number of signatures required.

Questions 9: Do you keep a copy of my notarized documents?

No. For privacy reasons, I do not keep copies of notarized documents. However, I do maintain a notary journal entry (as required by law) that records basic details of the notarization.

Question 10: How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by calling, texting or emailing me. Advanced bookings are recommended, but I will do my best to accommodate last-minute requests.
